Chicken Cheese Soup
I came across this recipe a while back, it's one of my favorites. You may recognize this as Mom's famous recipe.
Chicken Cheese Soup
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3 TBSP butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cup milk
1-10 1/2 can chicken broth
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup cooked cubed chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Saute carrots and onions in butter until tender. Blend in flour. Add milk, broth, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in chicken and cheese over low heat until cheese melts. Serves 4.

No, I don't recognize it - she never made it for ME >:-[
But Mom did make you plenty of turkey soup :D
Grrrrrr...!
Oh Dearest Sister, if you come visit me I'll make you a big pot of Chicken Cheese Soup. I cooked it for the first time last night and it was delicous. It goes perfectly with a pastrami and swiss sandwich. Maybe I can even make some tamales too. Mine are almost as good as Jonna's.
